Pet Policy

Monthly pet rent is $50/$60 per pet. 2 pets maximum. Other Pets: All different animal types must be caged. Reptile and fish tanks cannot exceed 10 gallons. Proof of personal property insurance totaling no less than $100,000 is required. A good health certificate from a veterinarian is required. All pets must be licensed within the current municipality. Proof of license must be provided. The rental office will maintain a picture of all pets for identification purposes. 1801L reserves the right to restrict the breeds. The community director must view pets before approval. 1801L reserves the right to decline or revoke permission to have a pet that causes disturbances or is a safety threat.
